Production Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Production Machine Operator to join our busy manufacturing team in Littlehampton. The role is permanent, full‑time and follows a bi‑weekly shift pattern, ensuring smooth and safe production throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Carry out regular quality checks and report any defects.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help minimise downtime.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Accurately record production activity and communicate issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
• Commitment to high safety standards.
