About the role
Join Pilgrim’s Europe in Attleborough as a Production Operative, working a balanced 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern (06:00‑18:00). You will help turn raw materials into finished food products while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Follow standard work procedures to produce finished goods.
- Maintain line speed and meet production metrics.
- Continuously improve the work environment and support team performance.
- Prioritise colleague safety and product quality at all times.
Required profile
- Good written, numerical and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work at full line speed and sustain standard work pace.
- Initiative, adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
