Production Operative – Depotting & Roast/Smoke

About the role

We are seeking a Depotting Production Operative to join our team in the further processing roast and smoke area. You will help keep production lines running smoothly while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• Report any health, safety, or quality concerns to your Line Leader or supervisor.
• Participate in company training programmes and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate PPE, follow hygiene requirements, and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Report out‑of‑specification products or materials to your supervisor or Quality Assurance.

• Positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Previous production line experience is an advantage.
