Production Operative – Flexible Shifts in Coleford

About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team at a food production facility in Coleford. As a Production Operative you will work on a rotating shift pattern, contributing to the efficient creation of high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, clean and maintain packaging equipment.
• Carry out on‑line quality checks on finished products, components and syrups.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Perform manual lifting tasks as required.
• Support cross‑functional teams during production peaks, following appropriate training.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon or night shift patterns on a rotational basis.
• Good attendance and the ability to travel to the Coleford site.
• Basic communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
