Production Operative – Flexible Shifts in Morpeth

About the role

Join a leading multinational beverage manufacturer in Morpeth as a Production Operative. You will work on a fast‑paced production line, helping to create and package non‑alcoholic drinks for millions of customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and in line with quality standards.
• Monitor production output, reporting any faults or anomalies promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Own transport to accommodate rotating shift patterns.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
