Production Operative – Food Preparation (Bicester)

About the role
We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our kitchen team in Bicester. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients according to strict recipes, ensuring a smooth flow of production from Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients following detailed recipes.
- Lift and handle bags of ingredients up to 25 kg safely.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Ability to lift and move bags weighing up to 25 kg.
- Good understanding of English to follow written recipes.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
