Production Operative – Manufacturing & Curing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operative to support our uncured and curing areas, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. You will work to high quality and safety standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• Report health, safety, or quality concerns to the Line Leader.
• Participate in training programmes and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to hygiene requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any out‑of‑spec items.
• Carry out the curing process for meat products using dry, injection, or brine methods.

Required profile

• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Safety‑conscious mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Previous production line experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Level 2 Food Safety (preferred)
