Production Operative – Manufacturing (Dover)

About the role

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team on the outskirts of Dover. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a rotating 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern covering both days and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring smooth flow on the line.
• Perform stacking, packing and quality control checks.
• Support the team in meeting production targets and maintaining high standards.

Required profile

• Disciplined team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit for a hands‑on, active role.
• Own transport preferred (car‑share available).
