About the role
We are seeking motivated Production Operatives to join our team at the Sony UK Technology Centre in Pencoed. This temporary contract position involves working on the shop floor to support the manufacturing of electronic components, with the flexibility to cover both day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on work in progress.
- Assemble units and component parts according to specifications.
- Unpack, organise and arrange incoming parts and items.
- Box finished items ready for customer shipment.
- Carry out general duties associated with the manufacturing process.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team‑player attitude, able to collaborate on a busy shop floor.
- Willingness to work flexible day and night shift patterns.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
