Production Operative – Manufacturing Role

About the role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Leyland. This temporary position runs for 12 weeks with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Work safely and efficiently on a fast‑paced production line.
- Label and package finished products with high accuracy.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Palletise goods and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Support general production and packing duties as required.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Reliable, motivated and hardworking.
- Ability to work shift patterns (e.g., 6:00 am‑2:00 pm or 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
