Production Operative – Night Shift Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operative (Team Member 2) to join our night‑shift team at the iconic biscuit factory in London. You will work in the Bulk and Mixing area, operating machinery and ensuring product quality throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all pre‑start checks and equipment set‑up.
• Perform product quality evaluations during the shift.
• Operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Complete changeovers and follow correct procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and shift handovers.
• Train peers and new operatives on equipment use and procedures.
• Undertake basic problem diagnosis and work with team members to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (6 pm‑6 am) on a rotating roster.
• Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
• Resilient, positive attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
