About the role
We are seeking motivated Production Operatives to join our Packaging division, which manufactures corrugated solutions for FMCG, pharmaceutical, electronics and industrial customers. You will work on a busy production line where safety, quality and efficiency are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to Safe Systems of Work.
- Maximise productivity while minimising downtime.
- Meet set performance and quality targets.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Report health and safety incidents promptly.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives as required.

- Places safety first and follows company procedures.
- Self‑motivated, positive and enthusiastic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective team player with a quality‑focused mindset.
- Open‑minded, flexible and able to both challenge and be challenged.
