Production Operative – Team Member 2 (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a leading global biscuits and confectionery business as a Production Operative on the night shift. You will work in the Packing Hall, operating machinery, checking product quality and supporting high‑volume production of iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all pre‑start checks on equipment and production lines.
• Carry out product quality evaluations throughout the shift.
• Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment, ensuring correct set‑up.
• Complete changeovers following standard procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and shift handovers.
• Train peers and new operatives on equipment use and procedures.
• Diagnose basic problems and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe working environment while meeting production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to work a rotating night‑shift roster.
