Production Operator – 3 Shift (London, ON)

About the role

3M is hiring Production Operators for its manufacturing plant in London, Ontario. The role involves operating production machinery on a rotating three‑shift schedule (Monday‑Tuesday‑Wednesday) and contributing to the plant’s productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with product standards.
• Execute equipment changeovers, minor troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Record and report production data accurately to support real‑time decision making.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles to drive continuous improvement and meet production goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekly shifts (M‑A‑D).
• Residency in Canada.
