Production Operator - 4 on 4 off

About the role

Join Kerry's Menstrie plant as a Production Operator, working a 4‑day on/4‑day off shift pattern that includes both day and night rotations. You will be part of a highly automated, semi‑continuous process environment producing yeast‑based ingredients for food, nutrition and whisky applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manually pack 15 kg product into boxes and palletise finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintain SAP and paper records for Critical Control Points (CCPs) with a focus on data integrity.
• Operate in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), site procedures and standard processes.
• Apply food safety controls throughout the site and uphold a safety‑first, quality‑always mindset.
• Monitor day‑to‑day throughput and promptly escalate any plant issues to the Operational Team Leader.

Required profile

• Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems such as SAP, MS Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
• Clear communication in English and effective teamwork.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment and shift work is preferred.
• Forklift experience or a valid licence is beneficial.
