About the role
Eastman is seeking Production Operators to join its manufacturing team on a 5‑shift roster. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment and contribute directly to the company’s operational success.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production units to meet business targets.
- Run and control manufacturing processes using advanced control systems.
- Follow established safety procedures at all times.
- Monitor processes continuously for any deviations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Adhere to the organisational code of conduct and business ethics.
- Participate in site‑wide safety initiatives.
