About the role
The company, in partnership with a leading aerospace organisation, is seeking a Production Scheduler to create and maintain production schedules for all products across the plant. This temporary 12‑month position offers a rate of £30 per hour plus overtime and flexible Monday‑Friday working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Tactical planning and monitoring of work packages.
- Capacity and resource calculations.
- Agreeing planning assumptions with stakeholders.
- Refining and optimising production build plans.
- Developing recovery plans and conducting scenario analysis.
Required profile
- Proven experience in production scheduling.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interface with other functions in a production environment.
Required skills
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Resource requirements calculations.
