Professional Indemnity Solicitor – Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Professional & Commercial Risk team in Leeds. The successful solicitor will work on high‑value professional indemnity disputes for leading insurers and professional clients, benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, from pre‑action advice through to full litigation.
• Provide strategic advice to insurers and professional clients on complex negligence claims.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the team’s growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience in professional indemnity litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high‑value claims across a range of professions.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with a client‑focused approach.
