Program Advisor (Student Recruitment)

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS), an international education group with 30 institutions and 20M+ course subscribers, is hiring a Program Advisor for its Sales & Business Development team in London (hybrid). The advisor promotes the university programme portfolio to prospective students by phone, email and online meetings, and manages the student pipeline from enquiry and application through enrolment and tuition fee payment, with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of prospective students by phone, SMS, video call, email and chat, often making 100+ dials per day
• Provide tailored consultations and advice, matching students' career aspirations to relevant programmes
• Guide students through the full application journey, including offer conversion and enrolment
• Advise international students on visa, immigration and compliance requirements where applicable
• Maintain CRM systems accurately and identify new business opportunities
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and student conversion strategies

Required profile

• 1+ years in the higher education industry
• 2+ years of full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
• 2+ years meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
• 2+ years managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM
• Preferred: prior education or e-learning experience, a Marketing, Commerce or Tech degree, and team leadership experience

• Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year
