About the role
As a Program Manager on the Google Arts & Culture team, you will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives that connect cultural institutions with cutting‑edge technology. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape external engagement strategies, drive narrative development, and ensure seamless execution of high‑impact programs across global time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of external engagement strategies for GAC leadership with cultural partners, public policy executives, and technology stakeholders.
- Prepare high‑quality briefings, speeches, and executive messaging; coordinate logistics for strategic trips and external events.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to triage engagement requests and align them with strategic priorities.
- Manage partnership programs, track metrics, and improve tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Identify and act on opportunities to position GAC leadership as thought leaders at the intersection of AI and culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, outreach, or communications.
- At least 2 years of program or project management experience, including cross‑functional project delivery.
- Proven ability to work directly with senior executives and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Preferred experience creating external narratives and writing speeches.
