About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of executive education programmes at the University of Oxford. The role combines programme coordination, event management, financial administration, digital learning support and stakeholder engagement to ensure an outstanding participant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of programme modules and events, handling venue bookings, accommodation, registrations and logistics.
- Support international modules and study trips, ensuring smooth operational delivery.
- Assist with online and hybrid teaching, including Zoom sessions, lecture recordings and learning‑platform updates.
- Build and maintain Canvas pages and programme content.
- Manage programme administration, office coordination and booking systems.
- Raise purchase orders, manage suppliers and support budget monitoring using Oracle.
- Develop and maintain programme processes, guidance documents and project timelines.
- Collect and analyse programme evaluation data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Contribute to programme improvement initiatives and wider organisational projects.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating programmes, events or projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional customer‑service approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
