Programme Coordinator (Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

The Programme Coordinator is responsible for organising inspection, maintenance and remedial activities across our Private Customer Networks High Voltage business. Working closely with the O&M Manager, you will ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing, quotation, purchase orders and scheduling for routine inspections and maintenance.
• Arrange delivery and invoicing of small or non‑complex remedial works.
• Support engineering and project teams on complex remedial, asset replacement and project activities.
• Prepare job packs and ensure required resources, tools and materials are available.
• Manage sub‑contractor activities, ensuring quotations and purchase orders are in place.
• Produce regular reports for senior management and assist the admin team with calls, accommodation booking and customer communication.
• Contribute to business development by compiling quotations and liaising with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in work scheduling or coordination.
• 5 GCSEs (A‑C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Administrative experience in maintenance, project or facilities management.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptable, hardworking and organised.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using field service management software.
• Ability to create, review and maintain technical documents.
