Programme Manager / Lead PMO – Organisational Design

About the role

Our financial services client in Bath is seeking a Programme Manager / Lead PMO to drive a large‑scale, enterprise‑wide organisational (people) design transformation. You will act as the central hub for all PMO activities, linking HR, Finance, Legal and senior business executives to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate risk management, project planning, tracking and budget control across the programme.
• Prepare and present steer‑co reports to senior stakeholders.
• Develop detailed delivery plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communication between HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders.
• Ensure governance and compliance throughout the transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO functions on enterprise‑wide transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance high‑level programme plans and drive delivery.
• Experience with organisation redesign at a large scale.
• Strong senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Background in financial services is highly desirable.
