Programme Manager (Trade)

About the role

As Programme Manager you will translate strategic direction into structured, trackable delivery across the Trade Lifecycle. You will shape how teams work, what they work on, and ensure initiatives driven by the Head of Operations stick. This senior individual‑contributor role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Trade Lifecycle’s critical initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution and review.
• Lead tooling and systems rollouts for Retention, Credit Control and Trade Support, defining requirements, managing timelines and ensuring effective adoption.
• Identify and standardise inconsistent or undocumented processes, fixing breakdowns that emerge at scale.
• Drive change‑management activities, including stakeholder communication, rollout sequencing, training and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment between Trade Lifecycle and Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track KPI performance of transformation delivery.

Required profile

• Depth of experience in programme, operations or strategy delivery, preferably in a high‑growth tech or marketplace business.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives from design to measurable outcome.
• Strong project‑management instincts, able to manage multiple workstreams, spot dependencies and keep senior stakeholders informed.
• Experience leading tooling or systems rollouts in an operational environment, understanding both technical and change‑management challenges.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, advanced Excel).
