Project Administrator – 6 month contract in Leatherhead

About the role
The Project Administrator will support a multidisciplinary oil & gas engineering project team in Leatherhead. Working on‑site full‑time, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by handling logistics, documentation, travel arrangements and facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including meeting room set‑up and office logistics.
- Coordinate catering, coffee, and food orders for personnel.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, taxis and visitor logistics.
- Assist personnel and families with relocation matters such as housing and schooling.
- Prepare, number, issue, file and maintain project correspondence, letters and registers on SharePoint.
- Manage SharePoint access, system permissions and IT equipment logs for new starters and visitors.
- Liaise with IT to resolve conference‑room and photocopier issues and support general IT requirements.
- Support document‑management activities and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Office Administrator in an engineering or project environment.
- Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Self‑starter who works independently and proactively resolves issues.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site (5 days per week) with attention to detail.
