About the role
Shorterm Group is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support Project Managers across multiple construction projects in South England. The role involves day‑to‑day administration, documentation control and on‑site liaison.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- ASTA programming
- Supporting Project Managers with day‑to‑day project administration
- Maintaining project documentation and schedules
- Liaising with site teams and project stakeholders
- Travelling to sites when required
Required profile
- 5+ years' relevant experience
- Construction/M&E/project environment experience preferred
- Experience with RAMS and ASTA
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
Required skills
