Project Architect

About the role

Our client, a progressive architectural practice in Glasgow, is seeking a Project Architect to join a growing team focused on residential design. The role offers the chance to work across all RIBA stages on a varied portfolio of schemes, from small developments to multi‑million‑pound housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Daily use of Revit on live projects
• Produce high‑quality drawings, technical packages and design solutions
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and statutory authorities
• Manage projects through all RIBA work stages
• Contribute to a practice that prioritises staff development

Required profile

• Fully qualified architect (RIBA / RIAS / ARB)
• Based in or within commuting distance of Glasgow
• Proven experience delivering residential projects in Scotland
• Understanding of Scottish building warrants and planning processes
• Strong design, problem‑solving and presentation abilities

Required skills

• Revit (highly desirable, training available)
