Project Architect

About the role

You will take a lead role in the design and technical delivery of architectural projects, working across a variety of sectors. This position suits a design‑focused professional with strong technical capability and proven experience in project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Producing and coordinating detailed drawings and specifications
• Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff (Part I & II Assistants)
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting business development through networking and existing client relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with regulations

Required profile

• ARB/RIBA qualified architect with 5+ years post‑Part III UK experience
• Strong experience in a project delivery role
• Proven ability in client‑facing and networking activities
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Experience within the commercial and/or education sectors (desirable)
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
