Project Coordinator (PMO Agile Sprint)

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of its Project Management Office. You will drive the structured, on‑time delivery of monthly development cycles, ensuring sprint ceremonies run smoothly and testing processes are well‑coordinated across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate all sprint ceremonies each month, including planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Track sprint velocity, capacity and delivery commitments, flagging blockers or deviations early.
• Maintain and groom the development backlog with Product Owners and Tech Leads, ensuring readiness for each cycle.
• Collect, review and refine tickets, guaranteeing clear acceptance criteria, business context and technical detail.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, tickets and deliverables.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle, manage defects from discovery to resolution, and schedule recurring testing windows.
