Product Owner (EMI)

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Product Owner (EMI) to lead multiple Electronic Money Institution product domains. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact solutions that create customer value, support business growth, and ensure regulatory compliance across the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage EMI product areas such as onboarding, accounts, wallets, payments, cards, pricing, transaction controls, servicing and limits.
• Translate strategic business goals into clear product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Assess opportunities by balancing customer value, commercial return, regulatory obligations, implementation complexity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every product investment strengthens unit economics and drives sustainable growth.
• Continuously evaluate existing initiatives and prioritize those delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery and planning through development and release.

Required profile

• Proven ability to convert business objectives into actionable product backlogs.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, compliance, operations, finance and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Capability to guide junior product team members and contribute to long‑term product ecosystem evolution.
