Project Delivery Manager

About the role

Swegon is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while meeting quality standards. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with time on site at Ashby, Kent or customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining schedules, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to achieve programme objectives.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies and resource requirements across the project portfolio.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, offering coaching, performance management and resource planning.

Required profile

• Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Proven experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multiple projects within a portfolio and coordinating contractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Project Management software/systems.
