Project Management Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and focuses on enhancing AI training materials through expert project planning and risk management insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and review AI training content that reflects best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model improvement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across multiple industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning.
