Project Manager – Building Management Systems (BMS)

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Management Systems (BMS) projects for its existing customer base in Bracknell. The role involves delivering fire, security, BMS, HVAC or integration projects on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage BMS projects on schedule, within budget and with defined gross margins.
• Oversee Honeywell employees and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, provide cost‑to‑complete updates and accurate commercial forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Program Management to enhance customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment and materials and support compliance with productivity‑enhancing processes.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with customers and stakeholders, addressing feedback and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering fire, security, BMS, HVAC or integration projects in the built environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, revenue recognition and cost control.
• Ability to lead virtual teams, make effective decisions and mobilise resources.
• Excellent communication, information management and influencing skills.
