Project Manager – Capital Markets Scrum Master

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep capital‑markets expertise to lead complex transformation programmes across trading, risk and regulatory domains. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with traders, quants, risk analysts and IT teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of capital‑markets projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and dependency maps.
• Coordinate business and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Traders and SMEs to define requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership.
• Drive governance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd‑Frank).
• Support and embed Agile practices while maintaining delivery accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale capital‑markets programmes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with traders, quants, risk and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in fast‑paced financial environments.
