Project Manager / Estimator (M&E)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established Mechanical & Electrical services company in Reigate, is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead M&E projects from pre‑construction through to completion across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of M&E projects, managing timelines, budgets and on‑site delivery.
• Prepare accurate estimates for a range of work, from small domestic gas jobs to large commercial gas installations.
• Coordinate boiler‑room strip‑outs, refurbishments and extensive pipe‑running activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply‑chain partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards throughout each project.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator within the M&E sector.
• Confidence in pricing both domestic and commercial gas projects.
• Hands‑on experience with boiler‑room strip‑outs, refurbishments and large‑scale pipe‑running.
• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge and a team‑first mindset.
• Drive to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
