Project Manager – High-End Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end construction projects across Newbury and the South of England. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through to hand‑over, ensuring programme, cost, quality and risk are tightly controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project activities from pre‑construction to completion, meeting programme and quality objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, monitor critical path and progress.
• Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to Site Managers and operational staff.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
• Own the commercial and contractual position, working with the commercial team to manage risk, change and reporting.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality and statutory compliance on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑end construction projects within a main contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management.
• Track record of leading project teams on high‑value, design‑led schemes.
