Project Manager – HVAC Projects

About the role

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of HVAC projects across the South East. The role involves overseeing project delivery from estimation through to completion, ensuring health and safety compliance and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate HVAC work, negotiate material and labour orders, and organise on‑site labour deployment.
• Maintain accurate project data, monitor progress, manage risks, and produce weekly status reports using Monday.com.
• Prepare and issue health & safety documentation, liaise with H&S consultants, and attend site meetings.
• Track labour, material, and project management costs, apply invoice valuations, and ensure timely client payments.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience delivering HVAC projects for blue‑chip commercial or public clients.
• HNC or equivalent qualification in an HVAC discipline.
• Strong written and oral communication, results‑driven work ethic, and ability to multi‑task.

Required skills

• HVAC project management expertise.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project control platforms.
• Commercial awareness for analysing performance metrics and financial forecasts.
