Project Manager – Hybrid, £45k-£55k, 35‑hour week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing professional‑services organisation in Leeds. Working in a hybrid model, you will lead business‑transformation initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute and monitor all phases of assigned projects.
• Develop project roadmaps, maintain documentation and update RAID logs.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across the business.
• Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths and supervise performance.
• Drive change initiatives and ensure successful delivery within scope.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a professional‑services setting.
• Proven track record of delivering projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and change‑implementation skills.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Project‑management qualifications are desirable.
