Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead both internal and external projects at Archangel Lightworks Ltd. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our flagship Optical Ground Station, TERRA‑M, and coordinating international test campaigns that bring laser communication technology to market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet defined scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate R&D activities for the TERRA‑M Optical Ground Station and oversee test‑campaign logistics.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and Engineering Manager to align project milestones with the overall development portfolio.
• Collaborate with the growing Project Management and Engineering teams, raising and resolving inter‑dependent issues as needed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate across engineering, programme and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative start‑up culture.
