Project Manager

About the role

Skanska is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Anglian Water infrastructure programme in the East of England. The role involves overseeing civil works and water treatment facilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards of sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to handover, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction teams to achieve efficient delivery.
• Embed health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, risk registers and financial controls.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams through clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction or the water sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant engineering, construction management or related qualification.
