Project Manager – Legal Tech & Claims Delivery

About the role

KP Law is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑impact projects that shape the delivery of large‑scale group litigation claims. You will work with cross‑functional squads of legal, operational and technology experts to build and enhance a best‑in‑class claims platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery squads to define, execute and launch project deliverables.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources and budgets, and maintain clear project plans using PM tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Onboard new claims, support ongoing claim delivery, and develop new processes and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with legal, operational and technology teams to solve emerging challenges.

Required profile

• Enjoys solving problems and leading collaborative teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous, non‑pre‑defined project paths.
• Self‑learner who can quickly understand requirements and devise solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with generative AI, client mobile applications, and third‑party integrated software tools.
