Project Manager – Modernisation

About the role

Otis is seeking a Modernisation Project Manager to lead elevator and escalator upgrade projects across Bristol and the wider South West region. You will be the primary contact for customers and will guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed delivery plans for each managed site, coordinating internal teams, indirect reports and subcontractors.
• Create contract plans in MS Project and work with the Project Controls Lead to generate overall project upgrades.
• Monitor progress against the plan, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and claims.
• Serve as the customer’s focal point for all correspondence and represent Otis at mid‑level and high‑level meetings.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, preferably within the lift or construction sector.
• Experience with modernisation or large‑scale repair projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
