Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for electronic and electro‑mechanical products. You will work for a world‑leading, 40‑year‑old company that is rapidly expanding and investing in its future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver NPI projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Design, Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines and resource plans.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience with the NPI process for electronic or electro‑mechanical products.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Based locally in the Dartford area.
Required skills
- Knowledge of NPI methodology and best practices.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle for electronic/electro‑mechanical hardware.
