Project Manager – Nuclear & Regulated Industries

About the role

Boccard UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in the nuclear and regulated sectors. Based in Bristol, you will own projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and scope definition to final acceptance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate resources across the UK.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Control project budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate closely with the manufacturing facility in North Wales and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, energy, defence or other highly regulated projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
• Experience leading negotiations and handling commercial discussions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Degree qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of quality assurance and regulated project delivery.
