Project Manager – SystmOne Enhancement (NHS)

About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to support an NHS customer in South East England as part of their EPR Optimisation Programme. The role will focus on managing the SystmOne enhancement workstreams and ensuring successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate SystmOne enhancement workstreams across the Trust.
- Create and maintain Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and detailed project plans.
- Drive programme elements proactively, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate with clinical and IT stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Monitor progress, report status to senior management, and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with NHS governance and data security standards.
Required profile
- Recent experience working within an NHS Community Health Trust.
- Strong understanding of SystmOne functionality and implementation.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to lead and influence programme delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
