Project Managing Surveyor – Home‑Based Role in Essex

About the role

Our client, a national loss adjusting practice, is expanding its Surveying Services Unit and seeks a home‑based Project Managing Surveyor to operate in the Essex area. You will manage a full portfolio of domestic, commercial and high‑net‑worth property loss claims, working closely with a skilled team of adjusters.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and adjust property loss claims across all insured perils.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and liaise with clients, insurers and contractors.
• Coordinate with the adjuster team to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate Surveyors with relevant insurance claims experience are considered.
• Preferably qualified Surveyors (MCIOB or MRICS) with a minimum of 2 years loss‑adjusting experience.
• Experience across residential, commercial and high‑value property sectors.

• Basic salary ranging from £45,000 (graduates) to £75,000 (qualified Surveyors).
