About the role

Key responsibilities
- Manage construction projects of varying size and stage, primarily within the education sector.
- Carry out pre‑ and post‑contract duties, including cost monitoring and preparation of final accounts.
- Lead projects from inception, ensuring delivery against budget and schedule.
Required profile
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor, MRICS or progressing towards APC.
- Experience working in a PQS environment.
- Valid driving licence, access to a vehicle and residence within commuting distance of the Essex office.
