Project Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Scheduler to join a complex engineering environment in Bristol. You will support planning, scheduling and project‑control activities across live engineering programmes, helping teams make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, plans, milestones and progress reports.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk, resource and performance data for accurate reporting.
• Support KPI updates, data checks and delivery insight for project managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with schedule development, baseline changes, critical‑path analysis and variance tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, commercial and delivery teams to ensure reliable project‑control information.

Required profile

• British citizenship (mandatory for client site access).
• Hands‑on experience in project planning or scheduling within an engineering, defence, aerospace, nuclear, oil & gas, infrastructure or manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with project schedules, milestones, dependencies and progress updates.
• Familiarity with schedule maintenance, critical‑path, float, baseline and change control processes.
