Project Solution Advisor

About the role

The Project Solution Advisor will act as an application expert for partner teams, providing consultation on system design and supporting implementation across the UK, the Netherlands and Spain. This remote‑first position focuses on ERP and sales‑planning solutions, ensuring that customer requirements are captured, validated and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as application expert for the partner team, advising on system design and leveraging industry knowledge across all functional domains.
• Support internal ticket follow‑through to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Assist implementation partners in collecting and validating requirements for customer development requests.
• Support testing of new features related to projects.

Required profile

• Good understanding of end‑to‑end sales planning processes, including trade promotion management, demand planning, revenue forecasting, trade spend management and claims settlements.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with sales‑planning systems, preferably TPM or revenue forecasting tools.
• Strong eye for detail and solution‑oriented mindset.
