Projects Controller – HVAC & Process Cooling

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of temperature control solutions for HVAC and process cooling, is seeking a Projects Controller to oversee technical projects from procurement through to delivery. You will act as the central hub for communication, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Procure equipment and subcontract works for assigned projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound communications across all project parties.
• Translate complex engineering activities into clear updates for non‑technical audiences.
• Coordinate equipment parts and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Provide regular updates to clients and sales engineers throughout project lifecycles.
• Communicate with supervisors, technicians and customers to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify required resources and assign responsibilities across project teams.
• Control project finances, including budgeting and cost management.
• Adapt flexibly to changing project requirements and priorities.

Required profile

• Project engineering background.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Engineering qualification (preferred).
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (advantageous).
